The shift from accepting a management position to becoming a successful leader takes more than just acquiring new leadership skills and competencies. It calls for a fundamental adjustment in mindset.

Becoming a Leader explores both the core leadership skills and mindset of an effective first line manager. This learning experience supports the shift from individual contributor or specialist to leader, introduces essential leadership skills, and provides the tools for effective performance management and collaboration. Becoming a Leader can make that first step into a management position smoother without the anxieties of failure and uncertainty of personal leadership skills.

Participants' real life situations are integrated into the learning experience, making it immediately relevant and meaningful. In this way we can design an approach that is best suited to our participants’ lives and working environment. This is a tailor made solution to suit the individual’s daily life and current circumstances with the added support of a dedicated coach from Hall & Grace.


2. Leadership Transition

Each time an individual takes a step up on the leadership ladder they are doing a completely different job and they need different skills and a different mindset to be successful.

Our Leadership Transition programme is a series of facilitated learning experiences that addresses this requirement and empowers first and second level managers to make the necessary transition to be successful in their role

Based on the foundational principles of the Leadership Pipeline, the aim of the Leadership Transition programme is to win the ‘war for talent’ by producing ‘home-grown’ leaders from within the organisation. This is achieved by ensuring that every leader understands what it takes to be leading at the right level and how to demonstrate this to those they lead.


3. Integral Leader

This programme has a duration of three days and three nights that facilitate the ascension of leadership and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

This is a transformative experience that prepares leaders who are already at the top of their game for whatever happens next.

The purpose is to clear out the contaminated thinking that prevents clarity, and to begin the shift to a new paradigm of leadership.

This is an opportunity to become more conscious than ever before, to shift out of the old paradigm of fear, control and manipulation, and to ascend renewed to the higher frequencies of Love and enter a new paradigm of conscious business. The more self-aware and integrated we become as leaders, the more the path to an integral world is revealed and the new paradigm of business is realised.


4. Natural Born Leader

This programme is deeply rooted in ancient principles that explore the expansion of our conscious awareness, allowing a direct inner personal connection with the environment one functions in.

The purpose is to reconnect with nature and the wisdom that it brings to leadership. We refer to this approach as the leadership equivalent of permaculture. Taking a detailed look at the existing ecosystem or organism (whether it’s an individual, a team or an organisation) and then introducing opportunities to create healthy, fertile soil that acknowledges and nurtures what is already there while also producing and nurturing something new.

This programme features integration of the natural cycles of life, mainly:

  • Cardinal Directions
  • Elements
  • Seasons
  • The natural dynamics of the Lunar Cycle
  • The ancient wisdom of Archetypes and the Enneagram.


This programme has a duration of three days and three nights in some of the most beautiful locations around the world.
