Shaun Young

SHAUN HAS 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING, DELIVERING AND IMPLEMENTING MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES, FACILITATION AND COACHING.

He consults across all levels for some of the world’s leading organisations and has worked extensively in Europe, Scandinavia, the US and Asia. Shaun’s background is in human psychology and he specialises in organisational learning and development, as well as in cultural and behavioural change management.

He has successfully coached thousands of individuals, leaders, teams and organisations through turbulent times. He has helped them identify opportunities, which he says are “always inherent in change”. Shaun has also authored and co-authored many personal-development, leadership and coaching programmes. All of his work is psychologically informed and is designed to tap into people’s personal strengths and wisdom and to grow emotional intelligence, resilience and agility.

He uses positive psychology and resilience techniques to enable executives to become more confident and focussed on overcoming any barriers to success
