The ultimate purpose of the works™ is to raise personal power, to enable people to be the best version of themselves so that, from there, they can relate to the best version of others and together they can co-create a better reality.

the works™ is a game-changer and the result of our decades of experience in corporate coaching and training, during which time we have worked with and listened carefully to dozens of organisations and thousands of leaders all over the world.

What we have learned is that training does not offer the kind of sustainable outcomes and long-term benefits that individuals and organisations hope for; and the skills and competencies that are needed to operate effectively in today’s complex and ever-changing environment cannot be taught.

the works™ is a cost and time effective process of coaching and facilitation that has been years in the making, which primes leaders to be fit for purpose, learning agile and ready for anything.

It does this through a process of self-organised learning, interval coaching, and face-to-face seminars with a coach-facilitator and peer group, within a framework that also includes curated, digital resources.

the works™ Assessment is a framework for you to reflect and assess yourself on how well you are doing in terms of PQ, IQ, EQ and SQ all in one place. It contains 130 statements which have been carefully designed around the indicators of each of the four intelligences and their specific impact on the work that people do.

the works™ delivers personalised and integrated learning that is user-centric, on demand and assessment-driven. It has a learning cohort, on the job assignments and peer validation at its core, and comes in a combination of digital macrolearning and microlearning, facilitated face-to-face and virtual sessions, and coaching.
